This cozy accommodation offers clean and spacious rooms, perfect for a comfortable stay. the host is super friendly and provides fantastic service with a smile! the food is delicious, and they use fresh organic ingredients from local farmers. Guests can also experience the real local culture and the beautiful nearby beach. If you are a surfer, the waves are excellent for surfing, and the sunsets are amazing.
The regular train tracks near the hotel might be a bit noisy for some guests.

Value for money and friendly service made our stay enjoyable. The chef offered delightful food using fresh ingredients, and the clean room and toilet were spacious. We got a warm welcome from the family living on the property and enjoyed experiencing the local lifestyle. The amazing sunsets made for a stunning view and the nearby beach provided an opportunity to surf and explore the area.
The cleanliness outside the hotel needs improvement. However, this is not a unique issue in Sri Lanka.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach where we enjoyed surfing and morning walks. The hotel facilities were great, the whole house was brand new and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and incredibly clean. The breakfast was delicious, featuring fresh organic vegetables and fruits bought from nearby farmers. The staff was friendly and offered excellent service with a smile.
Could not be improved in any way.

Good food and comfortable rooms. This hotel is located near the beach, about 100m walk, which is great. the beach was relatively quiet, a real break from the busy city life. the hotel was recently renovated and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable to stay in.
the first issue that I encountered was the noise level.
